Pricing Factors

Why fees vary

Class and subject

Senior classes and specialist subjects usually require more experienced tutors.

Sessions per week

Monthly fees change based on lesson frequency and session length.

Home or online

Travel distance, online format, and timing can affect the final quote.

Tutor profile

Qualification, experience, and track record are considered before final matching.

Included as standard

What the fee includes

Every one of these comes with an online student at no extra charge — they are not add-ons quoted separately.

Live one-to-one classes

Real lessons with a real teacher at a fixed time — whiteboard, screen sharing and your child asking questions out loud, not a recorded video they watch alone.

Recorded lectures to revisit

Classes are recorded so a missed lesson is not a lost lesson, and revision before a test means rewatching the explanation that worked the first time.

Recording is on by default and can be turned off on request.

Progress reports you can actually read

Attendance, topics covered, test scores and the teacher’s own notes — so you know how it is going without having to ask every week.

A proper testing system

Timed online papers built from a bank of thousands of syllabus questions, marked automatically, with worked explanations for every answer.

Weak-area improvement plan

Test results are grouped by topic, so "he is weak in Chemistry" becomes "he is losing marks on mole calculations" — and the next few lessons target exactly that.

Tuition fees — straight answers

How much does a home tutor cost in Pakistan per month?

Most families pay between PKR 8,000 and PKR 45,000 a month. A Class 5 student taking three sessions a week is usually PKR 8,000–14,000; a Matric student across three or four subjects is typically PKR 12,000–22,000; and O/A Level, which is quoted per subject, runs PKR 18,000–45,000 per subject. The estimator on this page narrows it to your own situation.

Is online tuition cheaper than home tuition?

Usually about 10–20% cheaper, because the tutor spends no time or money travelling. It also widens your choice enormously: an online student in Multan can be taught by a specialist in Lahore or Islamabad who would never travel that far.

Do I pay before the first lesson?

No. The first lesson is a free trial. You pay only once you have seen the tutor teach and decided to continue, and fees are paid monthly rather than as a long upfront package.

Is there a registration or platform fee?

There is no charge to register, to be matched with a tutor, or to use the learning platform. Recorded lectures, progress reports and the online testing system are included in the monthly tuition fee.

What if we want to change tutors?

Tell us and we will rematch you, at no extra cost. A tutor who is not the right fit is a problem to solve quickly rather than an obligation to sit out — most mismatches are about teaching style, not ability.

Do fees go up for exam season or crash courses?

Intensive crash courses before board exams or entry tests are quoted separately, because they compress far more contact hours into a few weeks. Regular monthly tuition does not change price because exams are near.

Can two children share one tuition fee?

Siblings studying the same class and subjects in the same sitting are usually quoted as one fee with a modest uplift, not two full fees. Tell us how many students there will be when you request a tutor and the quote will reflect it.

How do I actually pay?

Bank transfer to our account, or directly to the tutor where that has been agreed. You will get an invoice each month either way, and there is no requirement to keep a card on file.
