Service Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped. Al Noor Tuition sells teaching, not goods. There is no courier, no tracking number and no delivery charge. Every service below is delivered either online in your browser or in person at your home, and the table says when.
What we offer

How payment and delivery fit together
Payments made by bank transfer or JazzCash are verified by the office before anything is unlocked, which is why a course can take a few hours rather than a few seconds to open. Payments made by card are confirmed by the payment gateway immediately, and access follows at once. Either way we confirm the purchase to you before the service begins.
What you need in order to receive the service
For anything online: a device with a modern browser and a working internet connection. Live classes need a microphone, and a camera where the class is a two-way lesson. For home tuition: an address within a city we serve, which the tutor confirms before the first visit.
Where we deliver
Home tuition is delivered in Lahore and in other cities across Pakistan where we have a suitable tutor available; tell us your area and we confirm whether we can cover it before you pay anything. Everything else is delivered online and has no geographic limit. Our office is at 86-K, Commercial Area, Ghazi Road, Lahore.
Delays and failures
If a session cannot go ahead, we tell you before it was due and reschedule it. If we cannot deliver a service at all, it is refunded in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. A delivery that has not arrived when this page said it would is worth telling us about the same day — WhatsApp 0336 4440496 is the fastest route.
