Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short. Try before you pay: demo classes, trial classes and the first seven days of Al Noor Homeschool are free. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. If you are unhappy with a tutor we will replace them first, and refund if we cannot.

1. Before you are charged anything

Most of what we sell can be tried first. Many tutors offer a free demo class, online Quran classes include a free trial lesson, and Al Noor Homeschool gives seven full days free with no card taken and nothing to cancel. Course enrolments paid by bank transfer are not activated until the office has verified the transfer, and nothing is charged before that check.

2. Tuition service fee

When a family accepts a tutor through Al Noor we charge a one-off service fee of 20% of the first month's tuition, capped at PKR 4,000. Monthly tuition itself is agreed with, and paid to, the tutor.

The tutor never starts. If the tutor you accepted does not begin teaching and we cannot arrange a suitable replacement, the service fee is refunded in full.
You are not satisfied with the tutor. Tell us within the first two weeks and we will arrange a replacement at no further charge. If we cannot find a tutor you are happy with, the service fee is refunded in full.
After teaching has been under way for more than a month. The matching service has been delivered, so the fee is not refundable. You are free to stop tuition at any time — the fee is charged once and never recurs.

3. Course enrolments

Payment fails verification. Refunded in full. Access is never granted, and nothing is kept.
Before the course is opened to you. Cancel any time before access is granted and you are refunded in full.
Within seven days of access, with little or no material used. Refunded in full, less any live sessions already attended.
After seven days, or once a substantial part of the course has been used. Not refundable, because the material has been delivered.
We cancel or fail to run the course. Refunded in full, or moved to another course if you prefer.

4. Al Noor Homeschool subscription

The free week. The first seven days cost nothing and require no card. If you do not subscribe, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.
Cancelling. Cancel whenever you like. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and does not renew after it.
Monthly. A month already begun is not refunded, as the daily plans for it have been delivered.
Yearly. Within 14 days of paying, refunded in full. After that, we refund the unused whole months on request.
Your record is never held hostage.Whether you cancel or a subscription lapses, everything your family has built — the photographs, the mastery record, the days worked — stays readable. What stops is the next day's plan.

5. Live classes, exams and one-to-one sessions

If Al Noor cancels a session, or it cannot go ahead because of a fault at our end, it is rescheduled free of charge or refunded — your choice. A session missed without notice by the learner is treated as delivered. A session cancelled by the learner with at least 12 hours' notice is rescheduled at no cost.

6. How to ask for a refund

Send us a message on WhatsApp (0336 4440496) or email contact@alnoortuition.com with the name on the account, what was paid for, the date, and the amount. You do not need a form or a reference number.

We answer every refund request within 2 working days and complete approved refunds within 7 working days. Refunds are returned by the same method the payment arrived on — a card payment to the same card, a bank or JazzCash transfer to the sending account. Card refunds may take a further few working days to appear, depending on your bank.

7. Currency and charges

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees, and in US Dollars for international homeschool families. Refunds are made in the currency paid. We do not deduct our own handling charge from a refund; we cannot control an exchange-rate difference or a fee applied by your own bank.

8. If you disagree with a decision

Write to us before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Almost every case is a misunderstanding about what was delivered, and we would rather fix it than argue about it. If we still disagree, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts at Lahore.
