By using the Al Noor Tuition website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Use of Service

Al Noor Tuition provides a platform for connecting parents and students with home and online tutors in Pakistan. We act as a matching service and are not responsible for the direct conduct of tutoring sessions, which are the responsibility of the tutor and parent.

Tutor Verification

While we make every effort to verify the qualifications and credentials of tutors on our platform, parents are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging a tutor. Al Noor Tuition is not liable for any claims arising from tutor-student interactions.

Tutor Replacement

If you are not satisfied with a tutor, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement. This replacement service is offered in good faith and subject to tutor availability.

Payments and Fees

Where Al Noor matches a family with a tutor we charge a one-off service fee of 20% of the first month's tuition, capped at PKR 4,000. It is charged once and never recurs; monthly tuition itself is agreed with, and paid to, the tutor. Courses, Al Noor Homeschool subscriptions, academy programmes and assessments are priced individually and the price is shown before you pay. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees, and in US Dollars for international homeschool families.

Payments may be made by bank transfer or JazzCash, or by card where card payment is offered. A transfer is verified by the office before access is granted, so there is a short delay between paying and starting. Al Noor never asks for your card details by message, email or telephone.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Al Noor Homeschool is a subscription. It begins with seven free days, needs no card to start, and renews at the end of each paid period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period already paid for and does not renew afterwards. Nothing your family has created is deleted when a subscription ends.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and how and when each service is delivered is set out in our Service Delivery Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Accounts and Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. Accounts for children may be created and managed by a parent or guardian. Course material, recordings and worksheets are licensed for the enrolled learner's own study and may not be redistributed, resold or shared outside the family. We may suspend an account that is used to harass others, to share access with people who have not paid, or to break the law.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the courts at Lahore.
