Delete your Al Noor LMS account

This page works from the website and from the Android and iOS apps. You may submit a request even after uninstalling the app. We verify ownership before deleting the account.

What is removed

Your sign-in account, profile data, notification subscriptions, and eligible personal content associated with the account.

Processing time

We acknowledge the request, verify identity, and normally complete eligible deletion within 7 days.

This is a permanent request

We will verify your identity, remove the account and eligible associated personal data, and retain only records that must be kept for security, fraud prevention, financial, safeguarding, or legal obligations.
