The DELE B1 has four tests: reading (about 70 minutes), listening (about 40 minutes), writing (about 60 minutes) and speaking (about 15 minutes, after 15 minutes to prepare). They are scored in two halves — reading with writing, and listening with speaking — and you must pass both halves, so a strong skill cannot make up for a weak one in the other half.
